My sister is in the Wjr range but she is able to read pretty well for her age. She has been on webkinz since she was 4 ( I got her liking it) Sometimes I have to read her things like error messages but she likes webkinz a lot and can do it herself. I never have really been interested in Webkinz Jr because it doesn't sound like there is a lot of stuff to do for someone a little older than the three to six range. I like normal WW.

It doesn't matter - I'm sticking to WW anyway, LOL. But thanks for the info, because my little sister thinkng of gettg one, though WW is just fine. I think WW would be easier the WJr for kids, after seeing the video. But anyway, I will tell her about that. Thanks. And I know what you mean, NeoLuver1. My sister too. But most things they say anyway, LOL.

25 dollars is a little steep-i think that webkinz world pets them selves are pretty expensive!

I had a feeling Webkinz Jr. wouldn't worth the price, or worth the hassle. If I were you I would be very annoyed too, I think you should call Ganz like you said, and not only tell them the PSI but share your feedback on Webkinz Jr. and the stress that you've been having with making sure that your young ones actually have fun.

I'm just not impressed wih WKjr. The plushies are way over priced and the site is a nightmare to use. My neighbor let me use hers to deceide if I wanted one and I'm glad I didn't waste my $$$.

I'm sorry to report that my kids have had the same 'slow and boring' experience.
They'd much prefer to play what they can on WW and I agree that kids nowadays are much more advanced then I think Ganz realized for WebkinzJr. Again, I would agree that it might be ok for a first introduction website or for much younger kids (2, 3, early 4 yrs old) but if your child can play on Webkinz then I would imagine they would be bored on WebkinzJr.
Although my kids do love the soft plush, they also love their less expensive plushies too.
I guess my lesson to be learned is to not purchase new webkinz items the minute they come out. Wait, check on WI and see whether it is worth it or not. (So far I've held off buying the zumbuddies because of all the bad reports I'm reading about.)

Sorry the glitches got you! I think that WJr. isn't as focused on as WW, more like a profit machine than anything else.

I hope Ganz will fix it for you, and I hope both kids get well soon
