I think the Webkinz Jr. deluxe feature is going to be MUCH more expensive than the regular Webkinz one. But that's a little possibility.

No, from what we've discovered, it looks like the advantages are primarily for the parents in the form of "reports" about how the children are progressing in their learning games. Some of us have a pretty good idea how they're doing anyway. If the feedback were free, I might check it out, but I'm not going to pay for it.
