Deluxe coming soon to Webkinz Jr.

Hey all, I happened to see this announcement while logging my little girl into her account this morning: Deluxe memberships are coming soon to Webkinz Jr. -- I wonder what that will entail?

Good eye! I just think that it would be kinda mean to little kids because what if they want something and they can't get it..well you're going to have to deal with that in life but actually 2 or 3 year olds wouldn't really care if they got a deluxe account they just like playing webkinz jr.

Awesome! I don't go on Webkinz Jr. enough for me to want to be deluxe, but I wonder what kind of extras there will be!

Thanks for the info. We haven't been on recently, so I went to check it out.

The most I found was the following: (you get it if you click on any of the deluxe membership icons or more info buttons)

I'm not sure if we'll get it or not. What does everyone else think?

I don't play but I have heard people saying that their bonus wheel (I guess like our Daily KinzCare) is gone, and I think it is unfair that it is only for Deluxe members. Wow, am I sick of that!

Wow, thanks so much for posting that info! I like the progress reports for parents, but since I'm generally nearby when my little girl plays, I have a fair idea how she is doing. It would be nice if they provided that to regular members. I don't think I will buy it. If my little one wants more activities, she can also play with her regular Webkinz account.

Glad to help. I too play with my son so I know what his progress is like. I'm still on the fence but leaning toward not getting it. I'm in the same thought process as you - I think they should provide it to all regular members since that is what the site is geared toward - learning skills.

I use a lot of the other free sites too for other activities, so we're not lacking in activities. I really like the PBS site and it offers lots of free printouts and activities. Plus DS enjoys doing some of the regular dailies on WW with me too.
