Can't register? Never ending loading message? Solution in here!

I kept getting the loading message on the registration page so I called Ganz. Here is what I was told:

1. Make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash program installed.

2. If you have Avast or other antivirus/firewall programs installed add the following websites to the safe/exception list:
gsf1.webkinzjr.com
gsf2.webkinzjr.com
gsf3.webkinzjr.com
gsf4.webkinzjr.com
gsf5.webkinzjr.com
gsf6.webkinzjr.com
gsf7.webkinzjr.com
gsf8.webkinzjr.com
gsf9.webkinzjr.com
gsf10.webkinzjr.com

3. If you still have problems call the Ganz help desk at 1(866)-WEBKINZ open from 9am-5pm EST Mon-Fri

I was able to register after I uninstalled my Avast antivirus software which I only used as a backup to my main antivirus program Avira. TBH I was not sure how to add the websites to Avast's safe list and since Avast kept causing me problems anyway I just uninstalled the program altogether.

YAY I am glad this helped somebody. I don't quite understand why this information is not already in the help section on the Webkinz Jr site.
