I talked to 2 different people. The first told me it was my computers (I have 2 laptops and a desktop) and that there was nothing wrong with my account. The other CSR I spoke with actually tried to play on the account and said wow, there is something seriously wrong here. She was resetting rooms, and nothing seemed to let me out of the living room, except when the poor starving pet got sick and had to see the dr. THen she could go see the DR, but could not get back to the room. Two hours later, she sent the whole account over to tech support. She was one of the most helpful people I have dealt with at GANZ. She thinks, much like what happens in regular webkinz world, that my neice bought a furniture item that won't let you do anything. Gotta Loves Glitches and Lockouts. |
