anyone else getting a blue screen

I got this account for my neice and she has been so disappointed with it. Everytime she logs in lately she can see her pet, but not do anything with it. IF she clicks on the map automatic blue screen and she has to log out. She is very sad that her pet is sooooo hungry. I called ganz and they think it might be an issue with my computer, but I syaryed the account on this same computer and never had an issue until lately, anyone else having problems?

i have problems all the time, dock not loading correctly, blue screens, no links to do activities. Ganz told me to try firefox as my browers....didn't make any difference. they have problems but had to prove at this end. today I am sending them pictures of my dock so they can see what I am talking about.....

I have these problems before. Probably restart your computer

I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday trying to straighten everything out with one of the csr's (Customer Service Representatives). I talked to 2 different people. The first told me it was my computers (I have 2 laptops and a desktop) and that there was nothing wrong with my account. The other CSR I spoke with actually tried to play on the account and said wow, there is something seriously wrong here. She was resetting rooms, and nothing seemed to let me out of the living room, except when the poor starving pet got sick and had to see the dr. THen she could go see the DR, but could not get back to the room. Two hours later, she sent the whole account over to tech support. She was one of the most helpful people I have dealt with at GANZ. She thinks, much like what happens in regular webkinz world, that my neice bought a furniture item that won't let you do anything. Gotta Loves Glitches and Lockouts.

it sounds like you need to clear your cache.

the computer gets bogged down with useless information and it slows a big website like Webkinz down!

Try clearing your cache and your dock and see if it speeds things up.

Oh and get some vitamins for your webbies!

We are having problems tonight. Grrrr. My dd is sick and wanted to play Wjr before bed and now she can't because it won't load. We are actually just getting a black screen. Not even the paint brush that stops in the bottom right corner. I get so frustrated with this site!
