Account Hangs?

Does your Webkinz Jr. account hang a lot. I bought my neice a Webkinz Jr. for her birthday and she gets so excited to get on. We just start and the site hangs quite a bit and then she gets bored and doesn't want to play. I feel bad because I built the site up quite a bit. Do you have this problem? I hope it is fixed soon. I will call them, but it has been out for a bit now so I hope it is worked on.

We have this same problem and my dd gets frustrated with it too. Her daddy's laptop is a touch screen and she keeps poking the stuff trying to get it to go. LOL Anyway, sometimes Wjr seems to run okay and not get stuck but for the most part it is a bit slow and does take some time to navigate around.

I don't know because I don't have one, but what do you mean by "hang"?

Well, it doesn't want to log on sometimes and when we try to go to different parts on site, it won't move. When we try to get on a website and the hour glass just stays up and the webpage is taking time to come up, we usually say that the computer "hangs" or is "hanging" meaning it is hung up and won't move.
