[SOLVED AND FIXED BY GANZ REP]i cant find my orange cat couch!

i cant find it! is there a way to change the couch in the play room? help!

UPDATE- A Ganz Rep helped me on the phone and resolved the issue, giving my account a orange kitty couch.

Click on the decorate button at the bottom of the screen and then click on the couch and it should change.

Ahh. I've been having some problems with the pet items too. If it doesn't work after the next time you log in, you might want to give them a call. The number is 1-866-932-5469. Tell them you need help with your WJr. account and they'll connect you.

Just to let you know, you're not the only one. I have the same thing happen to me repeatedly with my orange cat couch. It just randomly disappears on me then reappears a day or two later. I use to e-mail them each time and they would fix it now I just wait and it eventually reappears. But since you seem not to be able to use the decorate button also, I'd call the number AnthonysMommny gave and see if they can get it fixed for you. Good Luck!

Make sure to double check and if he didn't I would call or e-mail Ganz and they can get in added to his account. If you don't mind waiting a day and don't want to sit on the phone use the customer service link on the Jr. site and you can e-mail them and they can get it added. That's how I got mine added when it was missing.
