I am so sorry this has happened to you Unfortunatly there realy isn't anything GANZ can do. You can try calling 1-800-WEBKINZ (press 0 when it says to leave a message to talk to a customer service rep.) and see if they will give you some compensation money.

I keep getting the please wait....whenever I am in the middle of the game. So like you, I get kicked out of Webkinz World and I do not get any money. It's a little frustrating, but it usually happens before I get to level 3 so I am not wasting to much time.

Wow I havent had any problems with it except that Im not very good at it lol and always die on level 6
