Treasures of the Crystal Sea probelms

Well, I was playing, then it booted me onto the blue screen. When I got back to the game and started playing, where there had been ONE animal thingy, there were now TWO. This made it hard since they appeared to be one fish/squid/other, but when I bubbled them, one was bubbled while the other kept swimming! Of course, I died really early on.And whenever it blue screens me, I appear in the Charm Forest part of the Charm Forest!

Everytime I play it will reset when I get towards the end of level 4 or 5. I have wasted over 1000 kinzcash on vaction tickets because of this reset problem. The game loads slowly AND if it resets and I try to go back to the island and go to the game again it will lock up my comp and stay on the loading screen. This is becoming a waste of time and kinzcash.
