Grr.. I am so mad! Rebooted during level 6 of Crystal Seas:(

Mine kept doing that yesterday too. It kept saying that the clubhouse was closed and closing whatever I was doing...I wasn't trying to get into a clubhouse!

AUGHH! I finally got to level 4 and WW totally crashed on me!!!! I'm trying to earn the trophy to add to my trophy room!

I know exactly what you are talking about and I am peeved. I have been rebooted in just about every area on WW thus losing any progress/points in any game, stuff in the magic forest, trading room, etc. I haven't read far enough. Have you talked to Ganz? Any explanation?

That is terrible,you almost got the trophy and it rebooted you!!! I have only gotten to level 2 0r 3 (darn fire slug-turtle things!! ^^) and I feel terrible for you! uckily I get rebooted very seldomy ^^ Mabye because I don't get very far in games and don't have an extreme amount of items...

Gahhh, I feel your pain! I just got to level 5 in Crystal Seas and guess what? Ye Olde Greene Screene, and then back to the newspaper. Please let us know what you hear from Ganz, because this is terribly frustrating!!

Hi: Has anyone decided whether it is wiser after one of these reboots to just continue on or maybe to log out and back in again. I have seen changes after this has happened and wondered whether the reboot has some kind of impact rather then just annoying us.

I've waited until after it reboots, and THEN play a game.. LOL.. I get a good 10-15 minutes before it does it again..


I posted an update in the General Discussion.. I was contacted again by the supervisor I spoke w/ a couple days ago...

They are NOW aware of the problem and it is "being worked on"...

But no one was really calling, she had no clue what i was talking about... If we have issues,we need to call them.

My sub doesn't always work! I push the arrow keys and it just sits there. It is like it is on a time delay. I just sit and watch the clock run down and can't move! I HATE these "vacations"!!!

Well The whole site has been resetting on me too. I went to the customer service option and filed a complaint about it. and get a letter about a problem with my account and if it didn't clear up in a couple days to contact them. I have just sent them a reply... This is part of it.


Location of the Problem: Webkins Site in general & The Vacation game "Treasures of the Crystal Sea"
Problem/Error Description: The site keeps resetting on me.
The most recient event was today 11/09/08 at 2:08kt. I was gardening and the site reset on me, it went to the geen screen you see when you first login and it is loading. Then it went to the webkinz News page like I had just logged in. When I went back to my pet's room it greeted me like I had logged out and logged back in.
In the Treasures of the Crystal Sea the site will reset and I will lose my progress and have to start over! I was almost finished with Level5 when the site reset on me! I consider 500Kinz Cash at a time(per vacation) too darned expensive to keep trying to beat the game seeing as your site keeps messing up and never lets me even get past level 5!
The game also takes FOREVER to load each level. I cannot spend 3 to 4 hours at a time on your site... I do have things to do.
This has happened EVERY TIME I play that game! I was no where near dieing... I had a full meter... and was about to beat level 5. I feel ripped off of my kinz cash and time... that is hours I can not get back. When I have tried to immediately go back in to play the game after it resets on me it has locked up my comp.

I have also been having problems with the Charm Forest. I was in the creepy eyeballs path and found a key. It immediately transported me to the glittering pink path and took my key away and made me rechoose a fairy. (it made me start over)


These problems are NOT just happening to ONLY me... if you check Webkinz Insider's forums you will see that it is happening to a bunch of people... so it is your site that is having the problems... NOT my account. I am frustrated and disapointed... and my customer satisfaction is so low that it is making me not want to purchase any more products of yours and that is sad.

Well if you are providing a site then it is logical to expect it to actually function correctly. Can you imagine how unhappy a child would be if he got almost to the end of level 6 in the Treasures of the Crystal Sea and the site reset on them? That is unfair to them and to anyone who actually spends time and kinzcash to play the game and to get ripped off like that.
I would greatly appreciate you fixing the problems on your site... and I am sure many others feel the same way.

i hope this is just a glitch and WW will fix it!
It is good to Notify Ganz about these issues, because if no body does they may not fix it right away.
