I made it to level 6 of the Crystal Sea game.... got pretty far into it that level.. still no damage to the sub...

I GOT REBOOTED.


I have placed a call to webkinz. and I will NOT have nice things to say to them

Also happens during most of the other longer games too... so there is now nothing I can play... Everything gets rebooted and I end up back at the Newspaper

Yes, the rebooting is very frusterating! I am in the process of remodeling my WW home, and by the time I get items from storage and get to my room, I get roobted.

I agree about calling Ganz and letting them know.

I was told that no one has problems and everything is working fine when I tried to let them know that was happening to me. So they want us to call them and tell them, or they think there is no issues.

Thanks everyone I love that new game, and I was seriously almost in tears (and i'm an adult)...

My son really wants a trophy for it.. and if I look at the guide someone wrote, i was sooo close..



But it is just frustrating.. and last time I called about this, I was told first it was my computer (NOPE, not the 3 computers, I know quite a bit about computers, I even built my sons from scratch)... after I explained that to her, she told me it was on their part. Server issues..
I'm guessing I'll hear the same today when they call back..
Really sad, cause look at how many people this is happening to Nearly everyone!

Me too! Mine was doing this before, weeks ago when it was happening to everyone... then it quit.. Everything was fine..
Then people were reporting more Rebooting and Refreshing and mine was ok... Mine did it like once the one day, and I thought nothing of it.... Then yesterday was terrible.. As long as I was in my house I was fine.. but if it was something that involving being connected on the phones (tournament, games, vacation) it refreshed.. And with all the color zones not on the phones all the time.. I'm convinced it is server issues.

mine will randomly say "please wait" but luckily it goes away after a minute if ignore it.
