More than 1 trophy, Gantz response

A Gantz customer service rep called me back today, she was soooo nice (as usual). Anyway along with giving us our missing loot bag I asked about getting more than one trophy. She put me on hold and when she came back she said " They would have to ask the creative directer", lol, but she tried. She also said she didn't see why they would have a game that would only reward you one time and she would call me back after she talked to them. She also said that my daughters account that kept giving us "please wait" and has been doing that since Christmas is on a server that they are having problems with and working on. I was just glad she said it was their server and not us, smile. So we're all still wondering on more than one trophy, sorry I wasn't much help but I just wanted everyone to know I asked and this is the response I got.

Thanks for posting you info. I have been thinking the samw thing the rep said. Why would ganz have a game that only awards one trophy? All the other games that award trophys you can get as many as you can win and a lot of people play just to get the trophys. I am leaning towards that this is just another one of the many glitches of WW. Fingers crossed anyway.

It's not a glitch - it's programmed that way - intentionally. What ever their motives are ...who knows but one thing is for sure...it puts a dim light on trading trophies. I would just like to be able to gift them to my kids who are too young to figure the game out!!

This is soooooo true of some of the games. Why would I spend an hour playing Bamboo Break if I get one trophy there are easier ways to make KC, of course right now I have only been able to complete the game several times without any joy....I want my payoff and it would be so much easier if they would get the glitch back in its box.

Haha, funny you should say that. Although the idea has crossed my mind, the reality remains that it's pretty risky for me, if ever something bad happened on the account, I would be blamed for it. It's also not allowed here on WI.

Though you do bring up a good point...it may force children to share their passwords in an attempt to have someone not trusted win a trophy for them. I can't see how this is a wise move on their part. What's next? limiting how many items we can have in our rooms/ or our accounts? Shh! I didn't say that!

a good idea would be for GANZ to let us do as we wish with our trophies..and to actually be able to win more than just 1...at least allow us to win 10 for decorating purposes. I have more than one room I want to put my Bamboo or TCS trophies. As much as I love GANZ for making webkinz - this really irks me

I've complained to Ganz, pointing out this risk. Their apparent fi***ion on this bizarre notion of "rarity" can only encourage account-sharing and cheating. Such restrictions serve no positive purpose for anyone.

I have been wondering if they are also starting to limit trophies on other games. I usually have pretty good luck at winning trophies on Cash Cow and Booger Gets an A. For awhile now, I can't seem to win a trophy, no matter what I do or how many times I play. I hope they don't continue to do this. Between Grandkids and Nephews, I have 6 kids that are too young to win a trophy at all. I have won some for them and sent them to them. They love them, and I don't think that there is anything else I could send them that would make them so happy. It is a huge deal to them to get a package from me with a trophy in it. It also makes me happy to be able so send them something they love so much.
