how do you play bamboo break?

i tried to play bamboo break in the arcade and i read the instructions but i still don't get it! HELP!

You need to "fill" up each row, starting at the bottom. Try to stack the blocks so there are no spaces between them. Use your arrow keys (side to side) to aim where you want them to go, and the up arrow to change the blocks orientation. When you fill an entier row from right to left, it disappers. The more rows you can fill and make disappear at once, the better your score.

If you know how to play tetris, it should be easy... I am a master at the game!

I have a laptop so I don't have the full Number Pad. I'm finding it very frustrating because I'm used to playing Tetris where you can flip the shape back and forth, and on the laptop you can only turn it one way.

It's hard to explain how to play, I'm good at SHOWING people, but not writing it out. My best suggestion is to play around with the arrow keys (or number keys if you have a number pad.. OH1 if you are using a number pad, make sure the numbers lock button is "on".)
So keep playing around with it, and eventually you'll be able to get the hang of it!

PS, I wonder if those of us who have played Tetris are going to get "punished" the way us Zuma players got punished when Smoothie Mooves first came out.
