Default How do you play this?

I've tried Bamboo break at least 100 times and still haven't figured out how to play it! Please, help!

In terms of the basic gameplay, you use the left and right arrow keys to move the blocks, and the up and down arrow keys to turn the blocks. The space bar swaps the "hold" piece. On lower levels, I would recommend "holding" one of the long blue 4 pieces, and keeping it until you've built up a solid wall, leaving a space for the blue piece. Drop the blue piece into the hole when a bonus challenge (other than the 3 in a row one) appears, so you can get a chance at bonus chips. Bonus chips will help you win the trophy. On later levels, use the "hold" space as a reserve for when you get brain block. Every second counts. Other than that, it's just practicing so you can know on a second's notice where to put a block . Don't forget to figure out where the block that's coming up is going before you "drop down" the current block. I've made that mistake too many times.

Happy gaming!

It is just like tetris.

Ok you use the arrow keys to change the direction of the blocks.

The block obviously makes no difference.

Right arrow moves the blocks right
Left arrow moves the blocks left
Up arrow moves the blocks direction.
Down arrow makes the block drop faster.

In the upper right is an empty box. Press Space Bar and the block that is falling will go into that box. Then the next block in line (on the left there are blocks that show which block is next and which ones are following.)

To get the block out of the holder..on the right..click space bar.

I hope this helps.

The goal is to make a line with no holes across to make the blocks disappear.

If you get 4 lines at once...that is a tetris and will give you the most points.
