how is it possible to get the 5 or 6 lines in a row challenge please post!

The challenge to clear 5 or 6 lines isn't a "in a row" challenge, it's just a "clear 5 or 6 lines" challenge. In other words, they want you to clear 5 or 6 lines, but not in a row. You can clear 2 lines, then clear 1, then clear 2 or 3 to win the challenge...or any combo of 5-6 lines cleared.

There's no way to clear 5 or 6 at one time because the biggest piece is the straight piece which helps you clear 4 lines all at once. 4 lines is the most you can clear at once.

As for being able to complete the challenge of clearing 5-6 lines, (in case you meant that) I just keep a blank space on one end of the ground where I place my blocks. From there, when I get that 4 in a row piece I can use that to clear 4 lines quickly, thereby helping me only need either one or two more lines to complete the challenge when it comes up. You can put a piece in holding, but I usually don't do that, although that would help with that challenge as well. I don't have that "holding tank" thing mastered yet...LOL
