BAMBOO BREAK WON'T LOAD!!!

the bamboo game will load on all of my 4 sisters webkinz accounts,but not mine!!! it just shows a little blue box!i am frustrated,mad,and angry!in the tournament arena,i can click on the game,but the loading "bar" won't even show it loading even a little bit!i hope this gets fixed soon on my account.
