Bamboo Break Tournament Results??

For some reason, EVERY time my boyfriend and I play bamboo break, our scores just disappear! We both love playing in the tournament arena, so we're used to looking up results and getting them back after awhile.

Chris is extremely good at bamboo break, and we're both dying to see where he places in the tourneys. It's incredibly frustrating to play a game for 20+ minutes only to have your results never show up.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Today, it FINALLY acknowledged that he'd even entered the tournament- before that it was just saying 'join tournament' and never 'view my results'. Today when we clicked "view my results", it said that they would be ready when the tourney was complete. We know this is normal, but hours later, we got the same message! THAT is not normal, usually results come back much faster.

We check again later only to find "View my results" no longer an option, and again it was as though he'd never even entered. -_-;;

This is quite discouraging, almost enough to have us quit the game altogether.

Could it be because Bamboo Break is a new game, and that WW just needs to get it's act together?

Has anyone else experienced this disappearing results phenomenon?

I'm not sure why this was moved...it is a problem with the site not functioning as it should, not a problem with the game itself.

Can someone tell me where this thread was moved to?

Believe me I am not making any excuses for Ganz but it may just be because the game is so new. They rarely put something online that is truly up to speed and that may be the case here. I understand how frustrated you both must feel. Good luck and I hope they fix this very soon for you. In the meantime, no banging your head on the desk-it will just hurt you not Ganz.

I haven't tried it in tournament mode yet. Honestly, I hadn't thought about it.

Actually Triple whatdayamacallit never gives you results either. You can apparently only play it once a day!

I have this same problem. Just like Triple Strike Solitaire, you can only enter a tournament once a day. I would expect I am good enough at Bamboo Break that I would have at least earned some money from it, but none has showed up in my Prizes and Statistics yet. Hopefully they will get it fisxed soon.

Your thread was moved to the Bamboo Break forum in the Gamez section. The moderators probably thought that this would give it the best chance of being seen by people who play the game regularly.

I have never seen tournament results for bamboo break either and I don't pay enough attention to my kinzcash to see if I have any extra (like if I had won)

I would be perfectly happy if they would let us enter the tournament even just once a day! Trouble is, they're not even giving us that much

And we've been paying close attention, so we'd know if they were letting us enter even once a day.
