i havent tried trying to slow down my computer yet... i might try that tonight. i have played a lot of tetris in the past, so i can complete level 12 but only if my kids and pets and husband arent bothering me lol.

A couple questions.... Can the trophy be sold in the W-Shop? and Can we win more than 1 trophy per account?

I was completing challenges today and not getting the coins. It seems to happen more frequently in 2 of the 4 games I played today. I did notice a stack of lines erase after I completed a challenge.

There are 4 different types of challenges I have seen so far... lines disappearing, having to make less lines, KC bonus and bonus "coins" The box in the bottom right corner of the screen tells you what you will get if you meet the challenge... Depending on how you are doing, they are all helpful except the KC one (IMHO) If they're coming fast clearing a couple lines or taking away lines you have to complete will help move you to the next level, and the bonus coin giving you a better chance at the trophy, of course, is great too. I'll watch the challenge box now to see if anything different comes up, but I'm busy concentrating on making the pieces fit, etc. I'll try making a video of play as well so you can compare my strategy with yours/DH's. I play a combination of vertical/horizontal strategy... I try to keep my stacks as flat as possible with a couple places I can fit in the "Z" shapes of "L" shapes and always try to keep a long single block channel open to fit in the long straight piece if it comes. Also, if I'm building a channel like that, and a long piece comes along I put it on hold for a challenge. It's good for the "4 at once" challenge. The other piece I like to hold is the "L" shape since that's good for the "3 at once" challenge.

I panic at the 11th and 12th level...I basically play line for line and try to hold out the best I can. It's a toughy for sure. Everyone is doing good here though...it's very inspiring!! Thank you for maintaining this wonderful thread!!

I don't know if that is something new or not. The only time I've received an invite from someone to play is when I was going on a vacation and was trying to get into a party so I ignored it. But then, I'm not in the tournament area much these days. Haven't been since it went down. Since it came back there are so many other things to do I haven't gotten back into the tournaments. So I don't have a lot of people asking me to come play... Hopefully someone else here can answer that question.

Luckily I have this week off work and the kids are in school so I can play (if I'm not here trying to put together more tips LOL). But I agree, if you're going to make it through 11 or 12 you have to have no distractions and be alert too. By the time everyone is in bed, we're usually too tired to do well. I know MY brain is mush by that time

Just updated the first post with more suggestions, organized the tips in a better fashion, added detail to the the game screen and game play descriptions and added a "BEGINNER TIP"

Just wondering if anyone has had a glitch like this? You can see that my yellow piece on the left is just "suspended" in mid air, while the new piece-the red one is on its way down...Thank goodness that happened on a lesser level-I'd have been really upset if it happened at level 12!

Oh MY! That's downright NASTY! I haven't had that so far thankfully. I did see someone post a glitch where she had a overlapping tiles falling at once . She ended the game but it still happened so she had to log out to clear it!

Said "Sorry, This item cannot be sold" and not sure on the other question.... will have to try to get another one..... ideally I want 3, 2 for my asian room and 1 for my trophy room... maybe when I have the time and am not "Tetris'd-Out"

I have now completed this game 6 times, and only one trophy so far (the first time I completed).

I just wanted to add to the stats.... I got to level 12 and completed the game with 15 bonus tokens and still didn't get a trophy. Guess I will just keep trying.
