1. The guide "Pattern to the madness" is really the greatest thing. Yet, I found one thing concerning the updating, that worked better for me:
The guides author suggests to update the shoes first. That is true when your computer is a little bit slow; however if it is fast upgrade first the topping station, then the oven, then the shoes. Otherwise, you might be a little slow and only receive $10 tip instead of $25 (at least, that's how it was with me  ).
2. Concerning the toppings. I noticed that the customers always order them from left to right. Meaning: the toppings A, B, C are always listed in this order, so if there are only two toppings it will either be A,B or A,C or B,C. THEY ARE ALWAYS IN ORDER! This helps particularly in level 13, since it seems to be easier to grab what the required toppings are  .
