The one time I couldn't see the funds remaining because it was the second go and they do not give you the funds you needed to pass. I had looked at the Blue bar on top and it seemed to be full except for a teenie weenie millimeter showing white (I have seen my bar this way and passed a previous level or heard the complete tone ring. So its a Web Kinz mystery.

Hooli's post made me wonder about the original guide to Pizza Palace, so I went back and looked at it and only 17 levels are recorded there. Perhaps that should have been a cue that there were no more levels; I guess I must have thought that meant that you could finish the game. But perhaps Hooli is right: we just need to believe that Webkinz works in mysterious ways....
