My attempts to prepare, make, and serve the more expensive pizzas first never seemed to result in anything but my own confusion.....! I hope that my comments help. Have you read about level 16? It's easy when you know what's coming: three customers who order 1/4 pizzas without toppings, but you have to start making 7 whole pizzas with three toppings and cooking them even though the customers don't show up until about 4:30. You put the baked ones on the dough makers and should sell those first because you have to make 3 1/2 pizzas to top and bake when all the whole pizza orders are filled.

Level 16 is actually my favorite level--I can pretty much always have the 7 whole, 3-topping pizzas ready when my customers finally show up! My daughter makes fun of me because I have a notebook handy whenever I play this game... It's basically what is shown in post #1... the pizza size and number of toppings for each level through 13 (I just can't seem to make it past that one!)
I have mine listed as 1-2-3 for the pizza size (which for me correspondence to the button I hit on the dough maker) and then the number of toppings i.e.
Level 2

1
Also, in the higher levels, I have them grouped in 3's since I have three dough makers/topping stations at that point.
I have been doing my upgrades a little different and after reading the posts, I've been switching it around.
Hopefully I'll be able to make it past that elusive level 13!!!

Okay I tried your upgrades and I like the way you do it. Made is to level 13 before. With you upgrades I made it to level 11. However, it's been a real long time since I played Pizza Palace.
