I upgrade the shoes, then I would have upgraded the oven ,but it kicks me off at about level 3

I just updated my post to include level 11. Interestingly, there are two fewer customers on level 11 than there are on level 10. But there are more toppings on the pizzas. On level 10, there are a total of 19 toppings on 15 pizzas (or 1.26 toppings per pizza). On level 11, there are a total of 26 toppings on 13 pizzas (or 2 toppings per pizza). I recommend that you have three topping stations going by the time you get to this level and that at least one of them be upgraded. I like to use the upgraded topping station for the pizzas with all three toppings.

i actually have a similar method, except i will buy seconds of all before i upgrade.....usually that's what i do

I upgrade the shoes, the buy another dough maker and topping thing as soon as possible. Then I will buy the second oven and the second upgrade on the shoes. After that I upgraded both of the ovens, then all 3 of the dough machines, then 2 of the topping things.

I croaked on level 13, with only one upgrade that was possible left.

On level 13 it is all quarter size pizzas, and I got so confused on what I was working on, adn what I neded to do.
