Pizza Palace

New to forums...not really sure how this works, but I thought people should know about what happened on Pizza Palace. I have been playing since it came out and I have gotten pretty good at it. I was playing in the tournament arena today and had my best score after using both of my turns on level 17, but not passing the level. My score was 80052. I did not cheat in anyway, but have been playing so much I have improved each time I play...anyway...I received a message at the end of my game that said that my score was too high and I would not get credited my kinzcash and this game would not count in the tournament. Does anyone know if this means that it is truly impossible to beat level 17 because when you get a score high enough to beat it they will not count it. I am pretty upset because this is a time consuming game and I should have received almost $500 plus the tournament winnings.:ccat:

sorry jitters i don't really know anything about that. I can't even get on webkinz right now. My account expired and I want to un expire it without buying another webkinz. If you have a suggestion please check out my thread called "Help!!"

Unfortunately I have heard of this happening before on other games. Ganz has a set score they think you should not be able to achieve without cheating. This does not mean you did cheat it just means you did better then they thought you should have. lol

It has happened to others too on other games so your not alone Just have to figure out what their limit is and quit before that or you won't ever get your kc.

Well, if they have a limit... that would be news to me. I have never been to that level so I don't know what kind of surprise awaits me . I don't think it's fair, if you reach a level that is available to you, than you should win the earnings. Is there anywhere WW has written this down about the game levels?
Thanks for the post! Now that I know...I won't waste my time. I think I'd rather plant gardens. Or is there a limit on that to-lol!

Now this is just wrong. If you got the score you should have been given the KC. Ganz needs to step-it-up. They know there are adults playing on this site....whethere you are an adult or not...if you make the score you should get the prize.

I am with Idog on this one...I am barely able to get to level 9 on most games. SO KUDOS TO YOU !!! Do what Blessedx5 and quit just before so at least you get your KC!

Sometimes GANZ just really disappoints me.

Dear Jitters,

A number of us have been posting about this very problem since the beginning of the year, so you can check the other threads. One person has gotten to level 18; the rest of us have lost at level 17 and/or gotten stripped of cash once you reach the 80,000 KC limit.

A few of us just won't play the game anymore (except when, like today, it has extra KC attached to it); others use the game to earn daily cash and just get out of the game before they cross the KC threshold.
