I do the first two 1/4 pieces together (the first has two toppings, the second has one); every time you take dough off the dough maker, hit the 1/4 button. Once those first two are done, I work in groups of three and only uncover three orders at a time. The patterns vary in terms of toppings and I can't remember the order (sometimes 2-3-1, sometimes 1-3-1, sometimes 1-2-3, but the last is definitely 3-2-1). It's kind of hard to describe because it's a bit chaotic (putting dough on empty topping boards, topping the dough, uncovering the next three orders, putting them in the overns, and serving them to the clients) because you can't separate the tasks but have to mix them all together). so the trick is finding a rhythm that works for you! Best of luck! SallyAnne |
