I upgrade everything by level 14, mostly as soon as I can afford each item. Not only do you get more satisfied customers (more money), I like beating the boards as quickly as possible, and can't wait around for the pizza to be done.

Well, my mom has bought all the materials many times. (She is a little addicted playing Pizza Palace! ) First, she upgrades her bread maker when she has enough money, then, she'd upgrade the cutting board/toppings. After that, if you have enough money, she'd buy another cutting board/toppings nearest to the bread maker.

I'm talking to my mom right now, but she says she doesn't remember what she does next. She needs to play to know. That's all I can help with, but my mom has practiced a lot and has gone to the last level (17), so her way of buying stuff you might not have enough money. But I guess you should still try.

Me and my mother (especially my mother) play this game a lot. We both have to level 15. By that stage it is mess up once, and you're done. This will give you 300 kinzcash and all the upgrades.

I only get untill level 6 or 8, so I only buy a few things.
