This has actually probably been programmed in for some time but I just never went looking. Ganz has programmed in different floors for each season for outdoor rooms. In Outdoor Yards (not treetop) here are what the seasons will look like:

I haven't yet looked into the programming for the Treetop Rooms but I will let you know if I find anything.
Nevermind there is nothing there for the seasons to ever change. So I guess we are stuck with the Same Tree all year long.

I kinda like the little flowers. Im not so happy about the leaves in some of my yards,..it actually makes the yard look messy! I really want to rake them and make a leaf pile for my webbies to jump in!
