This is called a marketing strategy. They did EXACTLY the same thing during the Wacky Zingoz Celebration. They promoted the Zingoz Plush and the Wacky Zingoz Extreme game that it unlocks.
No, there are no new Googles coming out.

I'm not sure if that means that we'll be getting a new Webkinz Googles. I think that the Goo-Goo Berry Harvest might just occur to promote the current Webkinz Googles that we already have... Ganz might just decide to create one at a random time, not just because of the Googles fest. I think a purple Googles or a yellow Googles would be neat. Cool theory.
