I think the Dracula Wig is the prize for getting all 12 pieces of candy Trick-o-Treating. Then it will probably be in the Curio Shop afterwards......that's why it is showing up there in Zumwhere !!

The thing when you collect all the candy is a Jack-o-lantern. But i also saw the funky girl chair one the zumwhere challenge once. that is a wshop item too.
