It's obviously fake. I've seen that on the internet a few times, and I even have that beanie babie.
It's actually not that big. It's even smaller than the lil kinz, but the way the picture is makes it look big.

It's just me checking in, and still reminding you that the name of this bird is NOT the admiral penguin...there is NO SUCH THING as an admiral penguin. It is suppose to be called an EMPEROR PENGUIN. Although the words "admiral" and "emperor "both start with vowels, and have something to do with leadership and rank, those are the only similarity between them. Please change this, as many kids may now start calling them admirals on accident, and the Emperor Penguins will be mad at us if we let them do that. (And so will their teachers!!!)

Of course you're right, there's no such thing as an admiral penguin. That's why this is a fake webkinz

If you have a concern about the name of this Penguin, you'll have to contact Ty, the Beanie Baby company. They're the ones who created, named, and sold this product.

The purpose of the Rumor Mill thread is to let our members know that the rumor Ganz is going to be creating an Admiral Penguin is false. The fact that Ty may have mis-named one of their products isn't really our concern.

Thank you...I just might do that. If/when Ganz does make a signature penguin, I hope they google the name first to get it right!
