When I saw that picture I knew it wasn't a Webkinz because my best friend gave me the larger version of the TY Penguin for my birthday a few years ago. Although he would make a cute Webbie!

Great work finding this out! But why would they put Webkinz Tags on it? To fool people buying it and with the tag they will add more money and it will cost more then the usual price? But who knows? And thanks for finding this discovery!
