Because you have a chance of meeting a ghost! The title is a warning, warning you to not rock the boat, because you could be sorry.
We rock the boat though, in hopes of getting a good item!

It's warning telling you that thres a chance that you wil met the boat,because theres no point in not letting you rocjk the boat because most people want to.
