Yes, that is the prize you receive when you collect all 4 pieces of the map from "Don't Rock The Boat". So far I only have 3 pieces of the map.

Yes, those ARE real. Kimber is right, they are treasures you get from the Rock The Boat game. Like Kimber I have ONE lousy piece of the map, but there are people here who have cleared it more than once and have all those treasures. Though...no one is certain what that dubloon does
