How do u play don't rock the boat??

I know how to click on the boat. What i don't know is whether or not it matters where i click or when. Is there actually skill involved or just luck??

I have gone on around 12 vacations. To the best I can figure, it is just like spinning a wheel or wishing well......no skill or anything....just luck of the draw. I have tried to see if you can make it rock different or something. Sorrry.

thanks....i guess i just have bad luck since i've gotten fool's gold about 9 times.....was hoping there was a trick or some type of skill.....oh well... i'll keep on trying!

The only thing I've done is use the red arrows to steady the boat so it does not rock too much. I don't know if it has helped.

On 9 vacations, I have found the ghost 3 times, fool's gold chocolate 3 times, and Kinzcash 3 times.

Yeah--I have done it two times. I first did it and got the ghost, and just now I went on the vacation. I was afraid to rock the boat, but I steadied it with the arrows and got the pirate boots. BTW: are the pirate boots shown up often, or are they one of the rarer ones?
