Has Ganz lied to us?

I think Ganz was trying to reinforce that the rumor about a package blowing up in your room or a secret penguin killer was lurking around and would kill your pet is false. Nothing will kill your pet = will hurt your pet.
It is a better way of saying it instead of possbily scaring small kids.

I heard that rumor as well however a promise is a promise, ganz, and depression is no more "harmless" than a killer penguin!

Definitely it is! It happened to me, and then I told my little brother. He didn't believe me and went to "prove me wrong"
He saw the ghost and started crying.

Anyway, when you're sad b/c of the ghost then: Buy 9 jawbreakers, go to Quizzys for 10 min, feed 1 jawbreaker, take a bath, eat another jawbreaker, shop at the w shop: Not very expensive just fill your cart with not all the same item, feed another jawbreaker, repeat till your pet is OK. Don't feed all candy at once, it will lose its ten point effect!
