Won the raffle but didn't get the prize!

I was just in the coral cove and there was a party in there. I got my door prize and won the raffle put didn't get my prize! Has that happened to anyone else before? When the pop up came up to show me what I'd won it was blank.

I have logged out and in several times and emptied my cashe and still no prize.

There is a glitch with the raffle prizes. Ganz is aware of the problem & is working on fixing it, although they cannot say when it will be fixed. This glitch is also posted here on WI in their glitch report. I hope you enjoyed the party anyway and will join us again.

Yes I hope its fixed soon it has been going on for a very long time , Sorry you didnt get the prize , I hope you still had fun !!
