Where's my raffle prize?

I was just in Coral Cove during a party and I won a raffle. My prize was a hybiscus bush, but it never showed up in my dock! Luckily, I took a screen shot of the announcement. Should I e-mail Ganz and attach a picture of the award? Has anyone else had this happen and did Ganz resolve it for you?

The only time I ever won a raffle there was a long time ago when they didn't give prizes. I hope that you get yours, but you may have to call Ganz about it.

HI! sometimes you have to log out and then in again to recieve your prize. there is a HUGE thread all about parties and when they are under the travel section. you will see tons of WI members there. as far as i know ganz doent do anything but come to more parties and we are soo supportive that sometimes even when we dont get our prize we are happy just to get our name on the banner, in the thread and tons of congrats.
