I know most of us having problems getting in some of our accounts well on 1 of my I went to the tropical island vacation on webkinz and I can't go into the souvenir shack shop thing. it says

(Sheldon is buy checking inventory right now. please try again later.) Hey I spend $500 of kinz cash and I can't even do that? Not fair I'm not rich lol. any you others got the same problem?

I have not went on vacation in a while but last time i went i got that message i left the vacation went back in five minutes and he was there.

Uggghhhhhh!!!!!!!! That's pretty awful. I haven't sent my webbies on vacation lately, so I haven't seen this. It stinks, since one of the major reasons to go on vacation is to try and buy souvenirs! Keep trying to get in to Sheldon's, maybe he'll be open again soon. Best of luck!!!!!

I just wanted to know why it cost that so much just to go on vacation? there's really not a lot to do on it anyway. I don't go on it that much because it cost too much and two I been trying for months to get that map but I only got 1 part of it.

No SHELDON is definitely taking his own vacation!! I bought a vacation yesterday morning, and have not been able to buy souvenirs since then. I've checked every couple of hours for the past day and Sheldon still won't open his shack. I only have an hour left on my vacation and I'm really MAD! I'm trying to decorate a "vacation" room so I bought vacations for TWO accounts and neither account can get souvenirs. I'm calling Ganz as soon as they open today.

Don't go on vacation until they get the Souvenir Shop fixed!
