The volcanic rock is a prize that you can win in the raffles on the Vacation Island. It is fairly small but can be used in some neat room designs.

I just won a volcanic rock but its not in my dock

The volcanic rock can be won in the raffles when you go on vacation at the island. It is small, but I like it. I have it in a room and think it looks cool and exotic. It is small, like jms40 said, but I happen to like it. If you do get the volcanic rock, I think you will enjoy it and think of it as a souvineer.
