How many pets need to be in a party room to get raffle prizes?

Yesterday was my first time in some party rooms. One hour I stayed in the room with 10 others and didn't get a raffle. Next time The room was full so I had to go to a different room by myself and no raffle prizes given...which I figured it was because I was the only one there. Then some others joined and they won prizes. One last raffle for the hour and my compainions all left me...one person came in with 20 sec to go and they won the prize So what do I need to do to win a raffle prize?
Any info will be greatly appriciated. Thanks a bunch!!

Most people think it's better to be in a room with at least 5 or 6 pets for there to be raffle prizes awarded but I have been in rooms with 10 pets and we get the "oh no winner this time". I have also been the only pet in a room (just once) and won a prize. The theory is there are probably 10 slots that can win and if that slot is not filled by a pet we get the no winner message. That doesn't totally explain the no winner with 10 pets but maybe the system isn't recognizing all the pets in a room. Sometimes a pet is placed outside the room or a pet is there but the user is not. That last one happened to Party Scout no too long ago. She was booted out of WW but her pet remained in the party room and she couldn't get back in until the system cleared her pet out of the room. Sorry there is not a simple answer to your question. It leads to may discussions on the party times thread. I hope you try another party soon. If you go to enough you will eventually win something and even if you don't win you will find WI's and that make it fun. My best parties are with friends rather than winning by myself.

To me it's basically all up to chance. I've been in a room by myself and won. I've been in a room of ten and no winner. I've seen people come in at the last 10 seconds of the raffle and win. I have one pet that seems to win all the time and another pet that has never won.... I see no pattern with the raffles as yet.
