Question Smoothie Moves problems?

Is anyone else having problems playing Smoothie Moves? I can't tell if it's a site problem or my pc. It just started happening a couple of days ago. When I make a match, it stalls, then zooms up and then usually I shoot the next fruit in the wrong place? Would it help if I clear my cache or anything? Any suggestions/same problem? Thanks .

Clearing your cache is always a good idea. I haven't had any problems with the game. I just tried a couple levels. It seemed a little slow, but none of the problems you describe. Shooting the fruit in the wrong place happens to me quite a bit even without site problems!

I would suggest clearing your cache and re-booting your computer! I feel anytime the computer slows down (at least by a week) it's time to reboot to give it a boost.

Hi Addykinz,

Yes, I know exactly what you're talking about! I jokingly refer to the game as "Jerky Moves" when it does that, lol.

The problem is most likely due to a slow server response time. Server response time can be effected by several things, such as heavy internet traffic or a large number of people logged onto a server at the same time.

When this happens, I usually will log out and then log into my other Webkinz account and try the game there. Sometimes that works and sometimes I'll just have to wait until later. Heavy internet traffic effects all websites. It's usually not that noticeable unless you're playing a game like Smoothie Moves.

P.S. Glad to meet another Smoothie Moves fan! I love that game.

Nice to meet you. Thanks for the reply. Yes, "Jerky Moves" is a good one! I think we are going to have to create another account. I'm wondering about a different time zone for it, too?

I have the same problem. So far I just deal with it. I figure it is probably a traffic load thing.

I think that it would help if you cleared your cache. I haven't had that problem with Smoothie Moves, but lately, I have been having some trouble with Zingoz Pop. Try re-booting your computer, and see if that helps. Good Luck!

Hey Dusti,

"Jerky Moves" appears to be getting worse with each passing day. I'm about to look for this Zuma game I've been hearing about. I have to have something to do when I have my morning coffee. It was so bad on my Asian account yesterday, that I made the lowest score ever since I first learned to play it plus my laptop sounded like it was revving too high & about to over-heat. I don't want this game to harm my pc... ???

Cattails:

I think you are definately onto the real problem [plus whatever changes they made when they didn't like the high scores]. During last week's winterfest, it was even disturbing the bathtub battles in the room and behaving the same way.

I played some Smoothie Moves last night and it was fine. I realized that I have Jerky Moves when I am in the charm forest. I can barely control the cursor. Mostly it is in Internet Explorer, but once in a while I have the same problem in Firefox.
