smoothie moves is NOT fixed

I just thought you should know that the smoothie moves is NOT fixed, I just played to level 22 with a score of 124,773 which should have awarded me 499 kc and I got the same message as before that it was a higher score than possible and would not be getting my kc. Please alert the others so that no one else loses their kc.

This is so upsetting, I had 2 lives left too and I let them go because I wanted my kinz cash.

I'm really sorry, it turns out just about everything that the CS reps "confirmed" for us was incorrect. Maybe we should ask CS reps "yes or no" questions and just post the opposite of what they say!

Same thing happened to me right after the lovely woman on the phone "promised" me that it was fixed....

Do you know that you can call them and as as long as you don't have a history of claiming things missing you can have the rep put in a request to give you that kc?

I was to earn around 400 kc.. and the only thing she did do right was get me that kc... It was put in my account later that day.

I don't know, Justin. They have become quite unreliable of late. It just seems they are 'taking' more than they are giving. What happened to the Ganz from a year ago? I miss those people.

I told the woman on the phone that whenever I reached a certain level of Smoothie Moves the other day, I received a pop up. I took a screenshot and offered to send her it to prove it.

She told me.. Oh, no! But that has been fixed! It will stop awarding KC at 500kc.

I was like.. Really, because that is a complete waste to even get that far and receive nothing to test this out...

She told me that was fixed and that as long as you didn't pass 500kc, you'd receive your kc.
She ASSURE me and PROMISED that it was fixed... She said that she could never pass level 12, but assured me it was fixed....

My husband was playing it and I told him to test it out... He got the message on my sons account... shortly after I finished a game, and I got the message on my account....




What is the point of customer service if no one is on the same page? you talk to 3 different people and get 3 different answers..

I stopped at 470 to test it, it would not give me any KC. So next round I stopped at 400 and nope, stillll not letting me have it. Sigh...

Well I see the game has been changed...but not for the better IMO. I'll wager they have not raised the maximum allowed limit but when you hit level 16 the game speeds up to the point no one will be able to get past this level. IMO again, that is a chicken thing to do. Oh no, don't leave the game alone so it can be a challenge and raise the limit, just speed it up so no one can pass level 16. I'm beginning to develop a not so nice or repeatable opinion of GANZ.

I noticed the game was much harder today than it has been in the past when you get to the higher levels.

My husband loves that game and he got a really high score too and didn't get his kc. He was quite perterbed.

Well, anyone would be, I got 500 kc from that game and the pop-up came.. I am really angry at GANZ for doing this.. I mean, aren't we all?! We work hard to earn kc we don't even get!!
