If a color comes up that I can't use immediately, I "throw it away" (by missing any target and it goes off the board). I don't know if I'm explaining it clearly, but it works for me. Once you get past 5, the others truly seem easier. Hope this helps. This hint works only if there are open spaces that you can get past all the others, mostly in the beginning of 5. | | | 10-23-2008, 05:32 PM | #13 | I'm special cuz I'm Webkinz :) Join Date: May 2007 Posts: 5,107 | Re: Level Five... Help? Hi Smart Cookies,
Smoothie Moves is a challenging game, but it is lots of fun!!! Level 5 has a faster pace and a tough shape to the course. Here are some tips for doing well and graduating from level 5:
1. Be fast and accurate.
2. Get all of the extra points with the coins. (Pictures of these are in the game's directions) . The clocks will either slow or stop the flow of more food. This will buy you time to "catch up".
3. The color of the taillights will tell you what is the next food. (Purple taillights = grapes)
4. Shoot the food into the place that will take out the biggest line of foods.
5. Take out the three in the middle, with the same food on either side. This makes a combo and takes out more pieces of food.
6. You can throw away one or more foods that you do not need right away. Aim the food gun into an empty space and fire away.
7. If the sound is distracting, turn it way down or off.
You can practice these tips on a lower level to develop your skills. Level 6 is easier than level 5. Best wishes to all you Sugar Plums. __________________ Thank you Canada for hosting the Olympics! | | | 10-24-2008, 11:03 PM | #18 | the Cullens amaze my Webkinz :) Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 336 | Re: Level Five... You have gotten lots of advice, but I'll put my two cents in too. Level 5 is hard because of the way that the track is set up (you'll see it again at level 9, which is even worse), but don't panic. The surest way to shoot food in the wrong spots is if you are tense. If you have space, throw away food that you can't use (i.e., shoot it off screen and not on the track, and this gets hard on the level 5 track); be sure to save the various placeholders until you need them (the red one is helpful because it stops the whole line of food); and try to shoot food so that you have two of every kind, so you can eliminate it the next time that food comes up. I can never anticipate the next color (I'm always too busy to look at the tail lights), but it really is just a matter of practice, so don't give up!

I add two of each color to the outside of one color, and keep building out, and then shoot out the middle color. After about the first three levels, then all planning is right out the window and I'm just flinging food everywhere. | | | | | | Thread Tools | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off
