if i remember right you get it when you save 250 tokens, seems like a lot but that is why it is so rare it is even priceless becouse it taks so long to get, but my friend on his account he has 278 webkinz and he said he only got it once, so hope this helps and good luck finding this rare trophy

Yes, its still avaiable Rarely to lucky token collectors! I've gotten over 70 Tokens & still haven't got one. This happens very randomly!
