why do people like rare more than exclusive you get an exclusive when you adopt a pet and you can get a rare like every day

Its because most people can't actually AFFORD to buy the rare, they don't have the million kinzcash club like we do

Yes, anyone can buy a pet -- well, most people anyways -- but to get a rare you have to 1.) have a pet, and 2.) have KinzCash!

because it's easy and common to get/find exclusives
you could get one from getting 10 tokens, adopingna pet, and frank there VERY common in the trading oom
rares arnt as common to get and you have to use kinz cash, and you have to earn that kinz cash

Not only that, but sometimes real life interrupts, and you miss when Arte has a rare. And some rares seem to show up less often, since they are randomly put up at Arte's.

For the longest time, American accounts didn't see the hot air balloon. I was waiting sooooooo long for it. But since it was offered, I've seen it many more times.

I think some of he exclusives are kind of boring, (like the wading pool, ribbons and bows tree, jelly bean tree) so I don't really care for them, regardless of whether they are "exclusive" or not. I like some of the rares, because they are much more interesting. I LOVE the Aztec theme, as well as the egyptian and ancient civilization. I think it is also a great way for kids to become familiarized with history, since they all look pretty accurate!

I think also, rares are more appealing because of the "challenge of the hunt." I know I feel quite a bit more attached to some of these rares that I have been watching for and eagerly awaiting for months, rather than an exclusive which just gets handed to me when I buy a new pet. There's that sense of satisfaction when you finally get that rare item that has been eluding you for months.

And with the rares, there's a choice. Do you want that particular rare or not? But with Exclusives and POTM gifts, it's given randomly. So most of the time, you might get something that you really don't like.
