I think they are somewhat uncommon, but not super rare.

I won one the other day, and I have a PERFECT outfit for my brown cow!

I have absolutly no luck with the weel...I've had my account for ohh...1 1/2 years, and i've only got the 500 twice. But every day I get eiether 50 kc, 20 kc, or a chicken salad sandwich
But in pays off in the wishing well...70 kc a day..yesterday I got 2 wells in a row

Well, they are not that common. I play WOW everyday and I have only one one so far. I love the new jacket. I can't wait until the WOW top hat comes out!!!
