WHAT IS THIS??

okay so i have a few of the virtual figurines from the estore.. one of them being the DEER figurine (looks like a lil soccer player) and came with a soccer chair. anyways i have the deer figurine placed in one of my science experiment rooms.. and it got stuck on the floor (been stuck for quite a while) and i decided recently to contact ganz to "unstick" it. well it seems they didnt unstick it.. but i have another figurine possibly? i found it in my dock its called REINDEER RUNNER... is that a figurine?? im assuming it is.. but it wont go in a room.. it wont sell.. its just stuck in my dock... so was wondering what it is lol..maybe i should try putting it in a garden.

can anyone verify what the REINDEER RUNNER is?

thanks.. now i have to figure out WHY they gave it to me.. and why i cant place it anywhere haha.. and why MINE (deer not reindeer one) wasnt unstuck haha... wanted to know what it was thanks so much.
