I have found from personal experience that by wearing my rare clothes into the trading rooms to be the proverbial "catch 22"...I wear them because I love them and am proud to have them, but, end up getting hounded or harassed sometimes even, so - it kinda makes it hard to REALLY enjoy them like I would like to

I'm new to all that trading and stuff.. been to the trading rooms a few times to try and get some of the older halloween items. and lava lamps. just wish there was a better way to comunicate. and a lot of traders seem to be in a hurry. But i will keep slowly trying to learn.. but i do get both sides of this I would never wear rare clothes to a trading room unless it was to trade them kinda of a way to show what I may have and there are many other rooms and where to show off my cool outfits..

Those people never trade with you unless you are all decked out in Priceless. They probably think that they are just "too good" for the ones who don't have red lavas, wacky jeans, original elf costume, etc.

I have really good items and happen to enjoy the Toy Soilder Costume from the Clothing Machine and None of the pets with priceless or "cool" clothes would trade with me!!!
I had tons of awesome items to trade but got denied every time.

Has trading become a popularity contest? If your pet looks good you can trade?

I think she means the things like shutter shades that came with items like a tee shirt you have to pay real money for, versus items the were originally bought with kinzcash not real money.

Oh forgot, people in other clubhouse rooms often hound me for my regular kinzstyle-it drives me nuts because they just don't stop! And if you don't agree to go trade then they treat you pretty bad afterward. I've even tried calmly explaining that I had to pay real money for these items and they are available in stores if they want some of their own. I had one person report me for "being mean" simply because she liked the dress my pet had on and I told her I didn't want to give it away! There is no soothing someone who is determined to be mad because you have something they want. I give away so many things of mine, but kinzstyle is something I really enjoy. So too do these people really love their retired clothing items. They have a right to wear them wherever they want without harassment guys. Perhaps one day the estore will release replica clothing and then everyone can enjoy bunny ears and elf hats and all those wonderful things we missed before we joined. Then everyone can be equal and no one will have hurt feelings.
