seems to me diamond apples and mirrors would be valued a little more. i do not think we will see these in the wshop or curio shop. alvin and the chipmunks never came through and i don't think these will either. as to the pies value, there is such a glut of them unless everyone sell all of theirs that i don't think they will become super rare. i don't think we will get a recipe either. as far as i know gooseberries don't grow in webkinz only goo goo berries. lol.

Oh, and has anyone else noticed that they can't do any of their actions when seated on the new chairs? They get up and then walk around and then do their actions. A minor glitch for such a great new item!

That room is great Coonycoon! I love how well the Halloween items look with the SW items....maybe because there is a little bit of orange in the SW mirror. You're right about the new chair, i tried to get my pet to pose in it for a picture, but they wouldn't smile, and kept getting up and walking away!

I'm so glad your son liked my story....does he know the Nutcracker? (like the ballet-story) I just might be working on a little something for the holidays!

Thanks for your thoughts Jagular! I agree, there are so many pies, but I've heard of a couple of people feeding them to their pets, but who knows? We will probably all get so sick of storing them in 6 months and sell them all back to the wshop!

Hey jagular, I was wondering if you were around for the Alvin and Bee movie ads. If you were can you please let me know how it worked back then. And also were this many prizes given out for those? Oh and one more thing. How long did they run the games? Thanks so much.

:bas: I can always use new ideas on how to decorate my rooms and dress my pets. With so many talented and creative people helping I am sure to have one of the most stylish accounts and some of the best dressed pets.

Thanks for the thread. For the moment I am hanging on to my items, but because of the enormous volume of prizes I don't think they will become very valuable. Value comes from scarcity, and these items are anything but scarce. Still, some people have missed the ads entirely and others will join WW in the future after the ads and prizes are long gone, so they will have some value, especially the mirror and diamond apple which are rarer and more interesting prizes.

I think the pies are the toughest choice. I doubt they'll become a recipe item and I doubt they'll ever appear again, so just eating them or selling them seems criminal. But at the same time, I really don't want to buy refrigerators for my 300+ pies. Keeping them in my dock hasn't caused any problems yet, but will it down the road???

I'm making a Dragon's Horde room using the sleeping dragon super bed and the gem flooring and wallpaper. Dragons love glittery things, so the diamond apples will add a nice touch, along with other shiny stuff like trophies, Doug Prizes, gold from the pirate's theme, and the amethyst geode. I don't have any dragon pets yet, but now I want to adopt some.

I also like the apples with the winter theme. They look like ice apples.

Super cute pics and ideas...hmm yeah does make you wonder about the outfits ending up in the curio shop, but the alvin and the chipmunk ones never did....so you never know?
