I've gotten all the items with my first pet. My second pet is up to the throne!

I just got my first item today! Of course it's the rocky road bowl... but 'm excited to move up the winning-ladder lol! I don't have too many gems so I don't want to risk it too much. Too bad you can't trade gems between accounts

Anyway congrats to everyone who has all the cool prizes!

I've made it all the way through with 4 accounts but the other one is just stuck. Last time Doug said I could not help him even before I asked so I know he will give me kinz cash next time and I was up to the fountain with that one. I don't have enough rare gems to even try and I can't find any on that account.

If you want to get all the prizes send the same pet every day. If you send more than one you will use up your gems too fast and not ever get the good prizes.

Marnabear- is there any way to find out which pet you sent? I want to send only one of my pets like you said so I can get more rares but I can't remember which pet I sent the first time

I have also asked this question on another thread... I would suggest sending your first pet - usually easy to remember that first one! Or writing it down near your computer. You could always dress that pet in the belt or other earned items to help you remember, but I tried it once then changed outfits for some reason and forgot....
There is no other way to know... so I would write it down.

I'm finishing my second round on one of my accounts, and 2/3 of the way on 2 more. I did few mistakes sending 2 or 3 pets at the same time in the very beginning, but then I stopped and I will be getting my last prize 2nd time around hopefully tomorrow.

I have made it all the way through on three accounts. I find I usually can't visit Doug during the week because most days he seems to come while I am at work. But it actually works out okay (at first it was very frustrating ). It gives me more time to collect gems to trade with him.

At the beginning of Doug trading I started taking several pets until I realized what several others have said here, you need to focus on one at a time so you don't use up all your gems. In a couple accounts I had two or three pets up to the t-shirt or picture level. I now have a spreadsheet in my notebook (along with my daily task checklist spreadsheet) that shows what pet is trading with Doug in each account, and how far along they are in the items. When that one pet finishes I can go to another in that account that I have already started. At the very least, keep a list next to your computer of the pets you are using.

Good luck! I'm not wild about a couple of the prizes, but some of them are very cool!

I think the way you can find out is by taking the pet you think you started with to the collector room when Doug is in. Read carefully what Doug tells you. If it's the first time he'll say something like "Since this is your first time....", or "since you're new here...". Then, since you don't want to trade with that pet, click "cancel", and take another pet to Doug. You can take each pet to trade with Doug once per day, but you don't actually have to trade once you've talked with him. Keep trying until you find a pet that gives you a different message, which indicates that you've traded before. I'm sure somewhere on this forum there's a list of things Doug will tell you which could give you a clue how far along you are on your trading.

Great tips Ritzcracker (cute name too!). I'll remember that for when I complete another round. I keep good records now, but didn't so much at first!
