The 3 is the section of the WIGEV that it's located.

You can only get a POTM item by adopting the pet of the month, but it's random like the exclusives, The polar bear is December's POTM, but there is only 1 day left. You get to do extra activiities all month long if you have the pet.

January's POTM is the bulldog

Oh, I know what the POTM does... I just didn't understand the 3... so it's what section? I gather the WI part of it stands for WebKinz Insider... but can't figure on the GEV part.
